This luxurious 3354 square foot, open planned, seven bedroom villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. Your nearest neighbor is a nature park which gives you the poolside semi-privacy that is great to find. If you want to take a walk in the nature park, the path is just a 5 minute walk away. But if the wilderness seems too daunting, take comfort in the fact that there is plenty of shopping and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.
Best of all it is located only THREE STOPLIGHTS TO DISNEY! It is the perfect place, after a full day at the park, to quickly come home and relax. You can sit back in the sun, or the shade of a lanai, by a screened private pool (the largest you will find in Emerald Island) and clear bubbling hot tub. In the evening there is an Incredible Game Room where you can play pool or foosball.
This villa features both formal and casual living rooms, with comfortable sofas in each area. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests.
We have a heated pool with a bubbling waterfall spa. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs in the patio area. Please note there is an addition fee for heating the pool and can be added during checkout.
The game room has everything for the young and young at heart. It is fully air conditioned and has a pool table and foosball table. It also has a flat screen TV with cable.

Master Bedroom 1 : This bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bath.
Master Bedroom 2: This bedroom is upstairs and has an en-suite bath. It is setup in a movie theme. (Recently updated new pictures coming soon !)
Harry Potter Room: This bedroom features a bunk bed along with a twin bed.
Frozen Room: This bedroom features a bunk bed along with a twin bed. The walls are decorated in theme from Frozen and it features a color changing light with a built in bluetooth speaker. Our kids have a blast in this room.
Mickey Room : This bedroom has two twin beds and feature Mickey themed artwork
Beach room : This bedroom has a queen bed and is setup in a cool beach blue theme
Fantasy Land room: This bedroom features a queen bed and is setup with artwork from Fantasy Land.
Sleeper Sofa : The living room has a queen sleeper sofa
